  • What file formats do you accept?

    We accept the following file formats:

    • PNG (High-quality images)
    • JPEG (300 dpi or higher recommended)

  • What is a bleed, and why is it important?

    A bleed is the extra area around your design that ensures colors or images go all the way to the edge of the paper after trimming. For best results, include a 0.125-inch bleed on all sides of your file.


  • What's the turnaround time for most projects?

    Our standard projects, such as brochures or flyers, can often be completed the same day. Custom or bulk orders may take longer—just let us know your timeline, and we’ll work to meet your needs.

  • Do you actually produce prints on-site?

    Yes, we produce prints on-site using professional-grade printers. However, not all orders are produced entirely in-house. For certain projects, we work with trusted partners to deliver the best results.

  • Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?

    Absolutely! We can accommodate custom sizes and unique shapes. Contact us for a quote or more details.


  • What resolution should my images be for printing?

    We recommend a resolution of 300 dpi at the size you intend to print. Lower resolutions may result in blurry or pixelated prints.
